Everyone knew about that, but it didn't affect XBOX 360 sales. Why? Because it's all about the games not the customer service.
This isn't an attack on PS3. This is just a civil rights story. People VS corporations. Fox news takes the side of the people and they try to make it juicy.
No one takes this crap seriously. And the people on there know nothing about the gaming market. They talk like if Sony is the big bad corporation. They have no clue of the beating the PS3 has taken so far this gen. That dude has never played PS3, he's probably the actor paid to replace the real person who had this problem.

I thought Sony when out of their way to have Haze and Unreal III be holiday pushers. Unreal III isn't coming in December either. So how pathetic. Sony has no exclusive games that spark interest. Yeah Uncharted is getting some people stoked and for good reason. But it's still not enough, PS3 is in a hole and needs every possible advantage.
They're the driving force of Blu ray. It makes no sense. Wish I knew the whole story because there's probably a twist somewhere.

Not at all, because Assassins Creed fell well below expectations. I haven't played it but reviews are mixed and a lot of people who bought it say it sucks.
I think PS3 is doing a little better.
I get the feeling XBOX 360 fans need any bad news they can find on the PS3 because it sold 2000 more than last month. But most importantly because XBOX 360 solid like 200,000 less than September.
Ever since the NPD, I've seen some attacks on the PS3 more petty than usual. Like people rubbing in how bad the NPD was for PS3. Is that news? We saw the numbers with our own eyes already.

I think Sony is starting to get it right, I've seen their new games. I've seen thier new advertisments.
It's still an uphill battle for PS3, their cheapest sku is $400, XBOX 360's cheapest sku is $280. PS3 still has a ways to go but they're moving in the right direction.
This it's a PS3 exclusive, it's gonna get hammered by 1up and Gamespot and half of the gaming media. If the game deserves am 8/10 it will get a 5/10 from some sites.
I can already imagine most of the EGM editors, when they get this game with a frown on their face, "this game huh.. Halo 3 all the way"

It's hyped because it's a PS3 exclusive and it's a FPS which is the most popular genre right now.
I'll wait for the reviews and the demo before I decide to buy or not. But if it's decent, I'm certainly looking foward to it.
I tend to get more hyped for the exclusives than multi platform games. I'm picking up Uncharted and maybe Haze, while I passed on Assassins Creed and Call of Duty 4.
But it's not an excuse for any consoles low sales, it was the same for everyone.
